Job summary

Kentucky Educational Television (KET) in Lexington, Kentucky, seeks a Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Strategist to collect, consolidate and manage data from multiple internal and external sources. The role designs dashboards and reports to track organizational performance and KPIs, translating complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will develop KPI frameworks, ensure data accuracy, and coordinate cross-departmental reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science or related field; 3+ years in data analytics or BI preferred.
Experience collecting, organizing and managing large data sets from multiple sources.
Experience developing dashboards and reports using BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar tools.
Knowledge and use of AI tools to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Strong proficiency in Excel with advanced functions, pivot tables and data manipulation.
Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards and automated tools aligned with KPIs.
Translate quantitative information into clear insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.
