Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for the Master Data Office.

The role focuses on identifying data governance improvements, prioritizing requests, and ensuring timely and compliant master data delivery across vendor, product hierarchy, or item domains. The analyst will collaborate with executives and business partners, translate requirements between business and IT, and drive governance adoption with periodic workshops.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or CS.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Retail or IT.
• Prior Data Governance and Administration experience or exposure.
• Strong ability to document and communicate business and IT requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for multiple business units and address requests.
• Analyze data to provide insights and improve visibility across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement governance standards.
• Maintain and update governance and process documents.
• Manage requests in a Master Data Management tool to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
