Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Director of Inventory Control & Analysis to lead financial planning, forecasting and analytics for inventory and gross margin. This role partners with senior leadership to drive profitability and strategic initiatives, and creates board-ready reports.

The successful candidate will manage a team and collaborate across stores, DCs and corporate functions. The position requires extensive retail finance experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate

Competenze

• 7–10 years post-college experience with progression to leadership roles.
• Retail and inventory experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical ability to synthesize data and reconcile work.
• Proven ability to recruit, manage, and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Word.
• Ability to learn multiple backend software applications.
• Ability to interact with all levels professionally.
