Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Master Data Management (MDM) data domain, acting as a SME and point of contact across supplier, location, and organization data. You will partner with supervisors and department leads to prioritize, address, and resolve requests in a timely manner.

The role emphasizes governance, documentation, data analysis, and process improvement, with opportunities to contribute to data governance standards and end-user data usage insights.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in retail or IT.
• Experience with data governance and administration preferred.
• Ability to document Merchandising, IT or Finance workflows and requirements.
• Ability to translate requirements between business and IT.
• Strong communication and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage enterprise data in the MDM system and tools with data review, entry, and audit.
• Handle data review and entry in workflows on assigned projects or problems of limited to medium scope.
• Coordinate with Supervisor and department leaders to prioritize requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Build content knowledge for data management processes and governance.
• Provide governance documentation or process documentation.
• Analyze data to generate insights and support business visibility.
