ISN Corp. is seeking an experienced National Loan Origination Sales Manager to support a federal agency’s Residential Loan Servicing Program. The National Loan Origination Sales Manager will provide leadership and oversight for a nationwide loan origination sales function, with responsibility for driving production, monitoring performance, strengthening market relationships, and supporting consistent and compliant lending operations.

The position will lead and develop a geographically distributed sales team while establishing performance objectives, monitoring production metrics, and identifying opportunities to improve market penetration and operational efficiency. The manager will collaborate closely with underwriting, operations, compliance, and other program functions to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
