Job summary

Baltimore Corps seeks a Data Analytics Lead (Operations Manager II) to partner with operational teams, explore complex datasets, surface actionable insights, and translate findings into clear guidance for decision makers.

You will collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and analysts, develop reusable analytics assets, prototype data-driven solutions quickly, and help embed data-informed decisions across programs and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, economics, natural sciences, or other data-heavy discipline
• Graduate degrees where data investigation was central are encouraged
• Equivalency of education and experience accepted

Responsibilities

• Investigate complex, messy datasets to extract patterns and insights for operational decisions
• Partner with stakeholders to frame questions and prototype data-driven solutions
• Understand program operations to contextualize findings for practical improvements
• Build and maintain data workflows, exploratory tools, and reusable assets
• Apply Agile-style approaches to analytical work and iterate based on feedback
• Document data assets, methods, and findings for organizational learning
• Serve as data SME in discussions and larger data initiatives
• Perform other related duties as assigned
