HappyRobot is building an AI operations platform enabling autonomous enterprise workflows. We seek a data-driven professional to embed analytics into product development, measuring model and feature impact across millions of conversations and workflows.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and ML teams to design experiments, define metrics, and deliver insights that shape product and ML roadmaps. Strong communication and founder mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or similar quantitative role.
• Experience with experimental design, A/B testing, statistics, and causal inference.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience defining and operationalizing product metrics.
• Ability to translate ambiguous product questions into rigorous analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Strong product instincts and ability to distinguish significance from impact.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, or ML teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and analytical accuracy.
• Founder mindset: ownership, independence, curiosity.

Responsabilités

• Define and track product, feature, and agent-level metrics.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests for model changes and product features.
• Measure how agent performance affects client outcomes and efficiency.
• Connect offline model evaluations with production impact.
• Conduct deep analyses across conversations, workflows, and product usage.
• Investigate anomalies, perform root-cause analyses, and propose improvements.
• Build statistical models, simulations, and analytical frameworks.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve instrumentation and data quality.
• Create dashboards and self-serve tools for teams to understand performance.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
