This part-time role offers fully flexible scheduling Monday through Thursday, with opportunities to work 16–24 hours per week based on your availability during the current school semester and into the Summer break. This internship will work on-site at our Scottsdale, AZ office - remote or hybrid options are not available.In this Data Analytics Internship, you will:Support Advanced Analytics initiatives by preparing datasets, conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA), and assisting with machine-learning workflows in Python.Gain hands-on exposure to modern ML techniques used across our program, including tree-based models (XGBoost), neural networks (RNNs), and time-series forecasting approaches.Collaborate with senior analysts, computer scientist and engineers to evaluate model performance and help operationalize insights.Assist with BI and data-engineering tasks, including updating data pipelines, refining semantic models, and maintaining data quality across our BI ecosystem.Work with Power BI and Looker to support ongoing enhancements as we expand our analytics presence.Perform data validation, profiling, and quality checks to ensure accurate, trusted reporting and analytics.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain real-world experience building analytics solutions in a complex, mission-driven organization.This is an exceptional opportunity for students interested in Data Science, Computer Science, or Analytics to develop hands-on skills in BI, cloud technologies, and machine learning while contributing to meaningful, real-world projects that support a life-saving mission.
