Vitalant is seeking a Sr. Cloud Engineer in Scottsdale, AZ. This hybrid role combines on-site collaboration with remote work, supporting cloud infrastructure across PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS environments.

You will design, implement, and optimize secure, highly available cloud systems, lead architecture efforts, and drive cost-efficient operations while partnering with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of deployment and support of major Cloud vendors infrastructures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• 5+ years of design, implementation, support and management of PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support secure, scalable cloud infrastructure across PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS environments.
• Lead cloud architecture, installation, configuration, upgrades, and performance optimization.
• Monitor cloud performance, utilization, and costs, advising on optimization.
