Job summary

Growve in Nashville, TN is seeking a Data & Analytics Engineer to strengthen our data pipeline, integration, automation, and BI support. The role blends backend engineering (Airflow, Python, API integrations) with front-facing stakeholder collaboration around our Power BI reporting environment.

You will work on cloud-based pipelines into BigQuery, design automations with Make, manage code via GitHub, and partner with ERP and PIM teams to expose reliable data and insights.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python for scripting, data processing, and automation.
• Experience with Airflow and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery) including SQL.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication (OAuth, API keys).
• Working knowledge of Power BI report/dashboard development and troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and CI/CD concepts.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms (Make or similar) for integrations.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain our cloud-based data pipeline (Python/Airflow into BigQuery).
• Design and implement workflow automations using iPaaS tools like Make to connect systems.
• Collaborate on the internal AI-powered analytics platform, managing code in GitHub and CI/CD workflows.
• Build integrations between task management, PIM, and ERP via API endpoints.
• Onboard external data sources into the reporting environment, with data validation and quality checks.
• Serve as the front-line contact for Power BI requests, triaging, troubleshooting, and gathering requirements.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve reliability across the data, integration, and reporting stack.
