Job summary

RecruiterForge is seeking a Data Engineer to build and operate data pipelines and platforms supporting analytics, AI development, and operational decisions. You will work across ingestion, transformation, storage, modeling, and delivery, using cloud and IaC practices to ensure reliable, scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years building and operating production-grade data pipelines.
• Strong SQL capabilities and data modeling.
• Experience deploying cloud data infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience building LLM-based AI capabilities and data integration patterns.
• CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines connecting internal systems, third-party platforms, files, APIs, event streams, and databases.
• Build scalable ETL and ELT workflows for batch and real-time processing.
• Make pipelines testable, observable, reliable, and extensible with reusable patterns.
• Design architectures for transactional, analytical, and reporting workloads.
• Deploy and operate data pipelines and stores on cloud platforms with IaC and CI/CD.
• Monitor production systems with logging, alerting, and observability tools; resolve issues.
• Implement data-quality checks, validation, reconciliation, and monitoring.
