Job summary

Growve is seeking a Data & Analytics Engineer to strengthen data pipelines, integrations, and BI support. This hybrid role in Nashville blends backend data workflow engineering with Power BI reporting for stakeholders, and helps build an AI-powered analytics foundation.

You will work with Python, Airflow, BigQuery, and CI/CD tooling, while collaborating across teams to connect ERP, PIM, and product data through APIs. Strong communication and data quality focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python for scripting, data processing and automation.
• Experience with Airflow and BigQuery, including SQL proficiency.
• Knowledge of iPaaS/workflow automation platforms (Make, Zapier, Workato) and strong REST API fundamentals.
• Working knowledge of Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub and CI/CD concepts (GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with cloud authentication and secrets management.
• Strong data validation and QA practices, including reconciling external data.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize competing requests.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain a cloud-based data pipeline built with Python and Airflow.
• Design and maintain workflow automations connecting systems via APIs.
• Contribute to an AI-powered analytics workspace with CI/CD processes.
• Build integrations across ERP, PIM and product systems with API endpoints.
• Onboard new data sources and ensure data quality before integration.
• Provide front-line Power BI support and respond to reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation and reliability across data, integrations and reporting stacks.
