Concord is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to join our BI team. You will build data models, pipelines, and analytics products across the modern data stack, turning raw data into trusted insights and dashboards for stakeholders.

The role emphasizes SQL, Python, and cloud platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, with a strong focus on data quality, governance, and scalable solutions that drive business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with complex query optimization and large data sets.
• Experience with Databricks and Snowflake in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in Python for data transformation and automation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into data models and dashboards.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and quality considerations.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain data models, queries, and reporting structures for dashboards.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and data architecture, including ETL/ELT processes.
• Develop analytics products across Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and AWS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Profile and validate data, resolve gaps, and ensure data quality.
• Automate data workflows using Python and SQL to reduce manual steps.
• Work with BI developers and analysts to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Explore AI-enabled analytics tooling to accelerate development while ensuring governance.
