Qualifications

• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve analysis, reporting efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Ability to transform complex, real-world data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box.
• Personable communicator who can explain the 'so what' to a non-technical audience and build trust across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, operations, and leadership to turn business questions into actionable insights.
• Pull, clean, and validate data from multiple systems to ensure reporting is accurate and trustworthy.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that help teams track performance and make decisions.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric and modern analytics tools to deliver scalable reporting and data solutions.
• Automate recurring data pulls, reporting processes, and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline analysis, and uncover new opportunities.
• Support ad hoc requests and investigate business issues to identify root causes and recommend improvements.
• Think creatively and challenge conventional approaches to solve complex business problems.
• Continuously look for opportunities to do more with less by improving processes, increasing automation, and maximizing the value of available resources.
• Help drive a data-driven culture by translating complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations.
