Job summary

Talent Glider is seeking a data analytics professional to collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources, turning it into actionable insights for business teams. You will build dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio, collaborate with product, IT, and business stakeholders, monitor KPIs, and deliver regular reports to drive informed decisions.

Ideal candidates hold a master's degree and have strong SQL, Excel, and communication skills, with experience in analytics consulting

Qualifications

Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
Experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI / Tableau / Looker Studio).
Basic understanding of data modeling and databases.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
Create dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
Work closely with business, product, and technical teams to understand data requirements
Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and documentation
