Monogram Foods is looking for a Specialist Engineer in Data & Analytics at the Memphis Support Center. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–7 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence are needed, along with strong skills in problem-solving and communication.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI, including DAX and Power Query (M).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into analytics solutions.
• Investigate and resolve data or reporting issues using proven technical solutions.
