Job summary

West Monroe is seeking entry-level Data & Analytics Consultants to join our Data & Analytics team aligned to the TechEx Practice. You will combine business acumen with technical problem solving to deliver data-driven solutions, using SQL, Python, PySpark, or R across data ingestion, wrangling, analysis, and visualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in progress with graduation between Dec 2026 and Aug 2027
• Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0
• Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and reside within 50 miles of the assigned office
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows and strong critical thinking

Responsibilities

• Understand client needs and recommend data-driven solutions
• Work with project teams to deliver outcomes
• Own and complete project tasks under guidance
• Evaluate client business processes and requirements
• Develop hypotheses using data science methods to drive insights
• Assist in creating business cases and strategic recommendations
• Utilize SQL, Python, PySpark, and R for data manipulation and analysis
• Design reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Develop ETL processes and ML models
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and improve outcomes
• Apply AI technologies to enhance insights and delivery efficiency
