Talentify is seeking a data analyst for a short-term engagement to identify and update key data points in the ServiceNow R&M module. The role emphasizes accuracy while transferring data into new fields and building mass-upload Excel files.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with data points and data entry.
• Experience extracting data from ServiceNow and updating fields.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control to minimize manual errors.

Responsibilities

• Extract data records from ServiceNow into Excel-based files and create mass-upload files pairing unique identifiers from ServiceNow records to information to be updated to fields in ServiceNow.
• Analyze ServiceNow notes or attachments to extract contract data and update new fields created in the R&M module for multi-year contracts.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to connect Application IDs (APM records) with the new field in the R&M module.
