Qualifications

This role involves mapping old records to new records in ServiceNow, maintaining and updating data, and ensuring accurate data scripting and migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with ServiceNow tables and Google Sheets to manage and update data.
• Perform data scripting and migration tasks.
• Map old records in ServiceNow to new records.
• Manually maintain and update data in Google Sheets and ServiceNow.
• Test and upload data into ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Focus on specific areas such as CMDB, SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), and ITSM (IT Service Management).

Required Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow and Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of table structures across ServiceNow.
• Experience with data scripting and migration.
• Ability to manually update and maintain data.
• Familiarity with the Strategic Portfolio Management module and its components (idea, demand, program, project).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and foundation data.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
