Job summary

Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) seeks a data-driven professional to support Marines, their families, and others by collecting, analyzing, and reporting program data.

The role requires three years of experience in data collection and reporting, proficiency with Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint or similar tools, and the ability to present data-driven recommendations. An IT Level II or higher clearance is required.

Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) is looking for the best and brightest to join our Team! Three (3) years of experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting. This experience must demonstrate proficiency with data management, reporting, and visualization systems (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint or similar tools) and the ability to conduct analysis and make data-driven recommendations. Relevant education may be used as a substitute for experience.

Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Familiarity with automated data collection methods and reporting systems.

Experience conducting program evaluations and making data-driven recommendations.

Skill to analyze and evaluate procedures and systems to improve operations; perform surveys to determine compliance with established policies and procedures and establish sound management practices and maintain effective relationships with, and gain confidence and cooperation of a variety of stakeholders to accept proposals on complex issues.

This position requires a proactive individual who can analyze data to identify trends, provide insightful recommendations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of organizational programs and operations.

Must have excellent skills to communicate both orally and in writing.

As an authorized and privileged user of Department of Defense Information Systems, must possess the ability to obtain and maintain an IT Level II or higher designation clearance.

This position has been designated as a position of trust. The incumbent must be eligible for an Access National Agency Check and Inquires (ANACI/ Tier 3) background investigation to satisfy IT Level II designation.

Appointment and continued employment are subject to a favorable adjudication of the security investigation.
