Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks an IT Data Analyst to join a healthcare/regulatory data team in Eagan, Minnesota—onsite only. The role focuses on building Power BI dashboards, data models, and AI-ready analytics to support data-driven decisions.

You will design pipelines with SQL and Python, and architect cloud data solutions on Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Fabric to enable scalable analytics and AI use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, DS, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years in data analytics, BI, data engineering, or data science delivering data-driven insights.
• Strong Power BI skills: DAX, data modeling, and dashboards.
• SQL proficiency and Python for data manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable dashboards and semantic models in Power BI.
• Develop data pipelines using SQL, Python, and modern scripting for ingestion and analysis.
• Architect and manage cloud data solutions using Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Fabric.

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and regulatory sector, is seeking an IT Data III to join their team. As an IT Data Analyst , you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting innovative data-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: IT Data AnalystLocation: Eagan, Minnesota (100% onsite)Pay Range: $50to $70p/h on w-2What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable dashboards and semantic models in Power BI, leveraging advanced features such as Dataflows Gen2, Direct Lake, and AI visuals.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines using SQL, Python (Pandas/PySpark), and modern scripting frameworks to enable ingestion, transformation, and analysis of structured and unstructured data.
• Architect and manage cloud data solutions utilizing Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, or Databricks, ensuring high-performance data modeling and efficient ingestion for analytics and AI use cases.
• Build and integrate AI/ML-driven insights, including predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and natural language query capabilities, utilizing platforms such as Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data products, KPIs, and AI-driven insights that support healthcare and regulatory operations, ensuring data quality and governance standards are met.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Seven or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science roles with proven impact delivering data-driven insights.
• Hands‑on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard design; familiarity with Power BI Fabric, Copilot, or embedded analytics is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (preferably Python) for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
• Experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric, including data ingestion and transformation processes.
