Job summary

Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Data Analyst for the Innovation Center to support performance excellence and BI reporting. The role partners with operations and shared services to drive KPIs and strategic objectives, building insights and data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities include data acquisition for opportunities, trend analysis, and creating reporting solutions using Excel, Power BI, and Qlik. A Bachelor’s degree and 1–5 years BI experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in Data Analytics, Information Technology or related field.
• 1–5 years of business intelligence or report writing experience preferred.
• Analytical ability to develop and interpret application of data.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical data analysis software applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to acquire data for innovation opportunities.
• Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Build insights for organizational innovation performance excellence plans.
• Designs and creates specifications to support report development.
• Utilizes multiple reporting mediums to create required reporting.
• Performs testing, data validations, and end user acceptance to support reporting accuracy.
