Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Data Analyst II to deliver final business solutions through an advanced Power BI experience and crisp data visuals.

You will become a domain expert in supply chains, leveraging Ryder's Azure Data Lake to drive analytics initiatives and create dashboards that guide strategic decisions for internal teams and external customers. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
Master's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent.
Two (2) years or more Applied Project(s) experience: digital transformation, data management in educational/project or intern environment.
Two (2) years or more 2-4 years' experience in creating dashboards for diagnostic analysis across the business; cloud exp is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop dashboards by understanding business needs and translate data into usable visualizations to drive decisions.
Engage the business to evaluate needs and prioritize product efforts with innovative solutions.
Understand Ryder business and the complexity of the supply chain and data role within this ecosystem.
Enhance data maturity and integration to standardize core functionality enabling a multiplier effect.
