Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Data Analyst II to deliver business solutions through Power BI, shaping data into intuitive dashboards and reports for the operations team.

You will become a domain expert in supply chains, leveraging Ryder's Azure Data Lake to drive analytics initiatives and decision making. You will collaborate with data analysts and scientists to push the envelope of big data, streaming live data into a data lake and exploring advanced analytics to benefit internal teams and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics or equivalent.
Master's degree preferred (Supply Chain, Data Analytics, MBA or equivalent).
Two+ years of applied project experience in digital transformation, data management or similar.
Two+ years (2-4) dashboard creation for diagnostic analysis; cloud experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop dashboards by understanding business needs and translating data into visuals.
Engage stakeholders to prioritize ad-hoc requests and propose innovative solutions.
Understand Ryder's supply chain and how data adds value.
Advance data maturity and integration to standardize core functionality.
