As a Data Analyst II within the Enterprise Data & Analytics team, you will play a key role in advancing the university’s data-informed culture by supporting strategic and operational analytics initiatives. In this position, you will work across the full data lifecycle, including data acquisition, validation, transformation, analysis, reporting, and visualization to deliver actionable insights for campus partners. Partnering with stakeholders across the university, you will translate business needs into meaningful data products, dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions that support institutional effectiveness and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for a curious, collaborative professional who is passionate about leveraging data to solve complex problems, uncover opportunities, and tell compelling stories through analytics. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with weekly on-campus presence required.
The Enterprise Data & Analytics team is dedicated to connecting people, data, and technology to deliver trusted insights that empower informed decision-making across the university. Through modern data management, analytics, reporting, and governance practices, the team supports institutional priorities and advances the university’s strategic goals. Working collaboratively with partners across campus, the department develops and maintains data solutions that enhance transparency, improve operational effectiveness, and enable evidence-based planning and decision-making. Specialized Contributor Level 2 - A fully functional role requiring established knowledge of the profession or field of work. Responsible for completing substantive assignments and projects. Problems are varied and non-routine, and resolution requires exercising judgment, analysis, advisement, creativity, and understanding broader sets of issues. May provide assistance to entry level staff.
