GovCIO is hiring a Data Analyst to support ICE mission data analysis, dashboard development, and reporting. You will work with officers and contractors to interconnect reporting and analytics, facilitating timely responses and ad hoc tasks in the San Antonio Field Office on-site.

Responsibilities include creating Power BI/Tableau dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders, and translating complex data into clear narratives for leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in dynamic customer delivery environments.
• Clearance required: Ability to attain and maintain DHS clearance (US citizenship required).

Aufgaben

• Provide analysis of ICE mission data, processes, field operations, strategic planning, or nuanced mission systems.
• Develop data analytics dashboards, tools and templates to support field metrics collection and analysis.
• Utilize Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Access to visualize datasets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and compile information for timely responses to requests and ad hoc assignments.
• Identify needs, issues, and challenges; perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
• Assess project and business process effectiveness using source data.
• Develop, gather and disseminate information among business and technical customers.
• Analyze requirement changes and propose timely, expedient solutions.
• Translate complex issues into clear narratives; create concise, compelling visuals.
