Job summary

Bass Pro, LLC is seeking a CLUB Data Analyst I to analyze cross-functional CLUB acquisition, activation and retention strategies. The role includes researching credit risk, portfolio management, and supporting marketing programs through data-driven insights.

The position involves querying data warehouses with SQL, building dashboards in DOMO, and collaborating with internal and external partners. A bachelor’s degree and analytics experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Ability to handle large datasets using SQL, SAS, R or similar.
• Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes existing marketing strategies to identify opportunities to enhance CLUB acquisition, activation and retention.
• Creates, reviews reports and analysis to determine how key business drivers can be manipulated through marketing programs and/or enhanced operations.
• Researches trend on the CLUB credit card portfolio to provide insights into performance and guide business priorities.
• Analyzes, develops, executes and validates marketing processes to support marketing strategies. Identifies and executes process improvements and maintains accurate documentation of processes.
• Retrieves information from a data warehouse using SQL and other sources; creates dashboards on KPI’s and metrics using BI tools.
