Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of Oregon is expanding its data analytics team to support multi-county housing and home repair programs. The Data Analyst will manage program data, ensure data quality, and produce reports for leadership and funders while strengthening grant compliance and monitoring performance for private, state, and federal grants.

You will translate complex data into clear insights, collaborate with accounting on reimbursements, and help drive program improvement in a mission-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in data analytics or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar data collection platforms.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting government or nonprofit grants (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage Habitat Oregon’s internal program database and maintain accurate project files.
• Generate reports and performance metrics for leadership and funders.
• Develop and administer surveys and analyze results to support grant reporting and program evaluation.
• Monitor key performance indicators, project timelines, and expenditures.
• Support federal and state grant reporting, including preparation of financial draw request forms.
• Provide technical assistance to affiliates on data collection and reporting.
• Analyze trends and recommend process improvements and evidence-based decisions.
