Задачи
- Manage the acquisition, import, and maintenance of product data in SPARETECH's proprietary database, ensuring its accuracy and quality
- Conduct quality checks on incoming catalogues and maintain database integrity by investigating and resolving reported product issues with the Data and Partner Management teams
- Gather business requirements across teams and lead the development of data reporting and analytics to support better decision‑making
- Own Product Data Management and Data Acquisition topics, identifying opportunities to improve and optimize existing structures
- Mentor junior analysts and promote a data‑driven culture across the organization
Требования
- 5+ Years of experience in data analysis, data management, or business intelligence roles
- Experience developing analytics functions or data capabilities within a growing organization
- Experience designing and implementing data quality checks and governance processes
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
- Familiarity with relational and non‑relational databases, Metabase, and data processing techniques and tools
