Job summary

Glow is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our growing Data team and shape one of the core functions at Glow. You will work across engineering, data science, product, research, and customer-facing teams to understand complex data from enterprise environments, transform it into a consistent data model, and generate insights that power our product and customer experience.

You'll own projects from discovery through delivery, design scalable data models, and help define how our data

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or related data-focused role.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python.
• Experience with large, complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience with data modeling, schema design, and structuring data for efficient analysis.
• Ability to independently own projects from discovery through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate new customer data sources, APIs, and integrations.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns and actionable insights.
• Design and evolve Glow's data models across multiple integrations.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science to define schemas and scalable models.
• Build and modify logic in system components as part of regular delivery.
• Support customer onboarding by validating incoming data and surfacing insights.
• Deliver customer-facing analyses, reports, and recommendations under deadlines.
• Help define foundations of Glow's data function and best practices.
