Job summary

Expansion Capital Group (ECG) seeks a results-driven Business Analyst II to join our Sioux Falls team. You will partner with stakeholders to design reporting solutions, analyze performance metrics, and support data-driven decision making across lending and risk initiatives.

You will build recurring reports, conduct ad hoc analyses, validate data quality, and help automate processes using Excel, Python/R and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis foundation required.
• Experience with Python, R, or similar for data analysis.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI or similar BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance recurring reports to monitor performance.
• Perform ad hoc analyses to answer stakeholder questions.
• Gather, organize, and interpret data from multiple sources.
• Monitor and measure impact of A/B tests and process changes.
• Identify data quality issues and ensure reliable reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs and requirements.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support continuous improvement through data-driven insights and operational analysis.
• Manage multiple reporting requests and project priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and business performance.
