Qualifications

• Experience in business analytics or business intelligence
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
• Strong SQL and analytical programming skills
• Experience with dashboards and data visualization
• Familiarity with business rule implementation or system changes
• Exposure to financial services, fintech, banking, or lending
• Knowledge of Business Decision Manager or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance recurring reports supporting key metrics and decisions
• Conduct ad hoc analyses and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Implement, test, validate, and monitor BDM changes including A/B testing and risk adjustments
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities through data
• Participate in meetings to define reporting needs and changes requested by business
• Communicate findings and system changes to technical and non-technical audiences
• Perform data quality checks and investigate discrepancies to improve accuracy
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners on business initiatives
• Manage analytical tasks independently and report progress, risks, and recommendations
