You will leverage data science, analytics, and consumer finance expertise to support innovative solutions that align with our strategic goals, mentoring junior analysts and communicating outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science/Analytics or a related field.
• 2+ years of practical business experience in financial services with consumer finance (preferred).
• Proficiency with data visualization tools and advanced analytics techniques.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and deliver insights to executives on potential changes to operations, products, or services.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to track strategic initiatives and performance.
• Build business cases and presentations for senior leadership.
• Mentor junior analysts and conduct performance reviews.
• Interview, hire, and train new staff; enforce company policies.
