Job summary

WebMD, LLC. seeks a Client Data Analyst to understand data flow, vet requirements, and build reporting across platforms. You will track transformations, detect anomalies, and recommend remediation.

The role requires end-to-end knowledge of the marketing data pipeline and collaboration with QA and client teams. You will manage metadata, troubleshoot data issues, publish campaign metrics, and support sales with client requests using SQL, Looker, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years in data analysis.
• Experience writing SQL queries to retrieve data from large datasets.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience reporting and creating KPIs and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage metadata files for PLD custom values.
• Troubleshoot data issues across SQL/BigQuery/Excel/Looker.
• Set up weekly data delivery tactics.
• Develop and maintain Data Specs from client meetings.
• Publish monthly metrics for campaigns; run ad hoc queries.
• Support Sales with client data requests.
