JetBlue Airways Corporation is seeking a Data Analyst for Commercial and Crewmember Technology to transform complex data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, reports, and models while collaborating with Product Managers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field; OR 4+ years of related work experience.
• Two (2) years analytical experience.
• Proficiency using SQL.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with non-technical audiences.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Responsabilités

• Analyze commercial, operational, financial, customer, and crewmember data to identify trends and insights.
• Perform exploratory data analysis on new and existing datasets.
• Develop SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from enterprise platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations communicating KPIs.
• Create post-implementation monitoring dashboards and recurring reports for product adoption and performance.
• Conduct ROI analyses and develop measurement frameworks for tech investments.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to define KPIs for new initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in clear terms.
• Support business case development with quantitative analysis and forecasting.
• Research emerging analytics techniques and automation opportunities.
