Audax Private Equity is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst CO-OP to join the Business Development team in Boston. The co-op will design, build, and maintain data pipelines, support data quality initiatives, and contribute to the data warehouse growth.
Strong analytical mindset and collaboration in a fast-paced environment are essential. The role requires an analytical Bachelor’s degree track, internship or co-op experience, and capability to communicate effectively.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Audax Group isseekinga detail-oriented and technically strong Data AnalystCO-OP to join the Business Development team. In this role, the co-op will partner closely with team members to design, build, andmaintaindata pipelines, support data quality and integrity initiatives, and contribute to the ongoing growth and enhancement of the firm’s data warehouse. The ideal candidate brings a strong analytical foundation, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

OTHER DUTIES:
For Massachusetts: The hourly range for this position is $24.00-$28.00. The hourly range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
