Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with three years of data coordination/analytic experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support cross‑department collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly data reports on financials, programs, headcount, and contact hours.
• Develop multi‑year reporting for comparison and evaluation.
• Maintain reports from IW’s registration system (Elevate) and BCE CRM (Salesforce).
• Identify and implement data accuracy procedures within the BCE division.
• Assist in data management for WebMIS submissions and reporting.
