Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with three years of coordination of data and analytical experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational skills including ability to meet deadlines and maintain files.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Proficient use of computers including Microsoft Office products and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly and yearly data reports on financials, programs, headcount, and contact hours.
• Create reports for administrative analysis and multi-year reporting for comparison and evaluation.
• Create and maintain reports from IW’s registration system (Elevate) and BCE CRM (Salesforce).
• Report and collect data on external funding sources (grants).
• Identify and implement procedures to ensure data accuracy in the BCE division.
• Assist in WebMIS data management and submission.
