Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of direct experience with enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI and dashboard design.
• Experience with CRM systems (TargetX/Starfish) is preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy administrative dashboards to collect data-backed insights.
• Interpret key business data sets and present findings to leadership.
• Provide quantitative analysis to support BI strategies and process improvements.
• Collaborate across departments to meet project requirements.
• Maintain and test department software and manage data requests.
