CBRE is seeking a Data Analyst to perform basic analysis, ensuring recommendations are backed by thorough data research and findings. The role sits within the Digital & Technology / Data Science & Analytics function and emphasizes data-driven business intelligence.

You’ll develop and maintain dashboards, pull data from multiple sources with SQL, and apply statistical tests to inform modeling and optimization efforts. Collaboration with an agile team is key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field with up to 1-4 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth experience with SQL, data visualization tools, ETL pipelines, and database management systems.
• Strong programming skills, with experience in Python, for data analysis and evaluation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL and other scripting languages to develop and maintain complex queries pulling data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and assets including scripts, tables, workflows, and reporting processes.
• Define basic data requirements and gather information using judgment and statistical tests.
• Use Python and open-source tools to plan models and extract insights.
• Develop and maintain data models, automation systems, and reporting metrics.
