Job summary

CBRE Data Analyst role in the United States involves performing basic data analysis to ensure recommendations are backed by data research and findings. You will contribute to the Data Science & Analytics function, helping improve effectiveness and predict outcomes through business intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field with up to 1-4 years of relevant experience.
• In-depth experience with SQL, data visualization tools, ETL pipelines, and database management systems.
• Strong programming skills, with experience in Python, for data analysis and evaluation tasks.
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Use SQL and scripting languages to develop and maintain complex queries from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards and assets (scripts, tables, workflows) per team standards.
• Apply fundamental data structures and algorithms to solve problems.
• Define data requirements and gather information using judgment and statistical tests.
• Use Python and open-source tools to plan models and extract insights.
• Develop data models and reporting systems to support metrics.
