CBRE is seeking a Data Analyst to perform basic analysis that backs business conclusions with data research. The role sits in the Data Science & Analytics function and focuses on data-driven BI development and insights.

You will develop SQL queries, dashboards, and data pipelines, using Python and open-source tools to extract insights and improve business performance. Collaboration with an agile team and a strong data story are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, ETL pipelines, and database management.
• Strong Python programming skills for data analysis and evaluation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries pulling data from multiple sources.
• Build dashboards and assets, including scripts, tables, and workflows.
• Apply data structures and algorithms to solve problems.
• Define data requirements and gather information using statistical tests.
• Use Python and open-source tools to plan models and extract insights.
• Develop data models, automation systems, and reporting metrics.
• Create ad-hoc reports from existing data sources.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across sources.
• Collaborate with agile team to improve processes and programs.
