Ameresco, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Data Analyst to support the AssetPlanner software suite. You will enter and analyze data for building structures and systems, respond to client requests, and assist with software configuration and training.

The ideal candidate has a university degree, strong Excel/MS Office skills, and experience in data analytics or client services. This remote-friendly role offers a base salary range of $77,000–$111,500 plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Engineering degree/certification is a plus.
• Experience in data analytics or client services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and analyze data related to building structures and systems.
• Respond to client data updates, support requests, and configuration changes.
• Provide client support via the support line and service requests; conduct client check-ins.
• Conduct phone interviews with clients to gather asset information and input data.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of data to ensure standards.
• Review and input existing client data and documentation.
• Assist in developing client-facing reports and presentations.
• Support software implementation including database configuration, onboarding, and training.
• Participate in software testing, provide enhancement suggestions, and report bugs.
• Provide support for Energy and Maintenance modules as needed.
