The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality data and effective software use.**Responsibilities:*** Enter and analyze data related to building structures and systems.* Respond to client requests for data updates, support, and configuration changes.* Provide client support via the support line, service request database, and perform annual client check-ins as required.* Conduct phone interviews with clients to gather information on capital assets and input data into the AssetPlanner software.* Perform quality assurance reviews of building condition assessment data to ensure alignment with established standards.* Review and input existing client data and documentation.* Assist in developing client-facing reports and presentations.* Support software implementation, including database configuration, client onboarding, and training sessions.* Participate in software testing, provide enhancement suggestions, and report bugs.* Provide support for the Energy and Maintenance modules as needed.**Minimum Qualifications:*** University degree.**Additional Qualifications:*** Engineering degree/certification a plus.* Experience working with data in an analyst role.* Background in facilities management, building science, or engineering is an asset.* Experience in client or customer service roles.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office products.* Experience with asset management software is an asset.* Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* Professional, courteous, and client-focused demeanor.The anticipated base salary range for this role is $77,000 – $111,500 (presented in good faith).
