Job summary

Ramboll Americas is seeking a Senior Data Center Consultant to lead data center due diligence and master planning efforts. You will analyze electrical, mechanical, and operational systems within mission-critical facilities and guide strategy development for clients using reliability and load analysis.

Travel up to 25–50% and remote/home-office work are typical, with a base salary range of $125,000 to $155,000 annually depending on location, experience, and internal equity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data center operational experience
• BA/BS in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
• Willingness to travel internationally and domestically
• Strong leadership and client interaction skills
• Experience with due diligence and master planning for data centers
• Understanding of redundancy, reliability metrics, and EPO/Fire safety concepts

Responsibilities

• Lead data center due diligence tasks as part of strategy analyses.
• Develop infrastructure concepts and master plans for mission-critical facilities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams across Electrical, Mechanical, and Operations domains.
• Present findings to clients and manage project forecasts and budgets.
