Description

We're seeking a data-driven and business-savvy Analyst II, Business Systems to join a high-impact team at a leading insurance and financial services company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning raw data into meaningful insights, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about influencing business decisions through storytelling and analytics.

As a key resource across multiple departments, you'll help shape operational strategies by delivering actionable data, building reports, and supporting process improvements in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Key Areas of Focus

1. Data Analysis & KPI Monitoring: Analyze business performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
2. Reporting & Visualization: Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and SSRS.
3. Data Storytelling: Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for business stakeholders.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to align insights with business goals.
5. Tool Optimization: Support the integration and tuning of analytics tools and platforms.

Daily Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data and KPIs to support strategic and tactical decisions.
• Create and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide tailored insights.
• Present findings in a clear, actionable format to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of new tools and technologies.
• Participate in Agile team activities and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Additional Information

Experience Level: Intermediate

Pay Range: $28.00 - $35.00/hr
