Pay Range: $22.50 - $23/hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST (Lunch: 1 hour). OT as needed (not mandatory).
• Clean up backlog related to previously processed claims.
• Process intake backlog for Federal Independent Dispute Request (IDR) process, enter data into tracking log, NSA claims special projects.
• Interact daily with supervisor/team members via Microsoft Teams.
• Participate in weekly meetings.
• Work remotely, utilizing Microsoft Teams for communication.
• Support federal compliance under the No Surprises Act (NSA).
• Handle real-time challenges involving regulatory timelines & arbitration outcomes.
• Contribute to regulatory operations and claim adjustments (note: temp will not process claims).
• Promote open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement (process enhancements, learning new systems, cross-training).
• Focus on resolution and collaboration.
• Engage in regulatory & compliance-related work, gaining valuable experience.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Analytical & investigative skills.
• Growing regulatory knowledge.
• Workflow & system efficiency skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred; 2-4 years’ experience required.
• Claims processing experience.
• Excel experience (1-2 years).
• Data analytic skills.
• Amisys Claims experience (2-5 years).
