Flexible 1st shift 7 am to 5 pm
This position, with supervision, uses defined methodologies in a team environment to perform system life cycle tasks for assigned systems or applications. Responsibilities include planning, system analysis, design, application building, integration, testing, maintenance, support, and completing assigned projects. May lead small projects or initiatives.
Related work experience with implementation and/or support of an electronic health record application is preferred. Experience working in a clinical or research laboratory setting, including handling and processing specimens, conducting experiments, and maintaining lab equipment, is also preferred.
Knowledge of computer principles at a level normally acquired through a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. A degree or license as a Medical Technologist (MT), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), or certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) is preferred.
Epic Proficiency, Accreditation, or Certification is preferred.
