Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Data Solutions Architect to drive data-led opportunities with sales and pre-sales teams. You will engage with senior leaders, shape the product roadmap, and create reusable assets to scale the organization.

You will guide customers on complex data architectures and ensure successful implementation of Stripe data capabilities. You will collaborate across data engineering, product, and finance to align multi-entity data models and reporting needs, while mentoring others and

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical sales, pre-sales or solutions architecture focusing on data platforms/analytics or financial reporting.
• 3+ years hands-on data warehousing/pipeline architecture using Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift or Databricks with ETL/ELT tooling.
• Strong understanding of how payments/revenue data map to financial reporting and reconciliation workflows.
• Experience with BI/analytics platforms like Looker, Tableau, Sigma or Metabase.
• Strong software engineering and API integration knowledge for data pipelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for technical/non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business partners and thrive in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to operate effectively with ambiguity in unstructured settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to drive pipeline and revenue targets, while informing product/engineering on market trends.
• Develop senior-level relationships and grow Stripe's data solution offerings with customers.
• Scale the organization by creating reusable assets and coaching others on complex, high-value opportunities.
