Job summary

Workhuman is seeking a Data Analyst for Customer Data Solutions to join the Business Analytics team. You will help shape analytics from manual requests to self-service experiences, building data models, AI-assisted data products, and scalable workflows for internal stakeholders and customers.

You will become expert in current customer data delivery, automate recurring needs, and contribute to production-grade analytics while exploring new AI-driven capabilities to improve how data is discovered

Qualifications

• Experience querying, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets using SQL and data visualization tools.
• Experience building production-grade data models; dbt is a plus.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and business intuition.
• Hands-on use of generative AI to analyze data, write code, automate workflows, or build new capabilities.
• Exposure to AI coding tools or AI-assisted analytics is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
